After years of saving lives as a paramedic working in the fire department, Dan traded in his ambulance in for a kitchen. What started as a passion for cooking and catering quickly became a flavorful mission: bringing bold, handcrafted BBQ sauces to the table.
Dan’s commitment to quality doesn’t stop at the grill. He’s passionate about protecting pollinators and proudly partners with local beekeepers to source real, raw honey for his sauces. For Dan, saving bees isn’t just good for the planet—it’s good for flavor.
