Meet the Hive

The boss. The only female who lays eggs, and the mother of (almost) everyone.

Female laborers who do it all: building, foraging, cleaning, and protecting the hive.

Males with one goal: mate with the queen. (Tough job, but someone’s got to do it.)

Bees are more than just honey-makers, they’re essential pollinators responsible for one out of every three bites of food we eat. Without them, our fields, orchards, and gardens would struggle to grow the fruits, vegetables, and nuts we rely on.

But bees are facing tough times. Habitat loss, pesticides, disease, and climate change are taking a toll, causing populations to decline worldwide. Protecting the bees means protecting the biodiversity and food supply that sustain us all.

Honey itself is one of nature’s most remarkable gifts—it can help ease seasonal allergies by exposing us to small amounts of local pollen, and it works as a natural antibiotic thanks to its antimicrobial properties. That’s why we proudly support beekeepers and use real, local honey in our sauces, because every jar is a small step toward a sweeter, healthier, and more sustainable future.
